WHERE IT ALL STARTED…
Growing up in a small town, climbing the corporate ladder, and raised with one unspoken rule — be the Good Girl. Keep your thoughts to yourself. Work hard without resting. Put everyone else first. Smile. Shrink. Perform.
It was the perfect breeding ground for perfectionism, burnout, and people pleasing.
And I lived it, until my body started to shut down. Psoriasis outbreak, hair falling out & a nervous system that wreaked havoc. So I got to work on my subconscious and nervous system and have never looked back.
NOW I AM THE FURTHEST THING FROM THAT WOMAN.
I am fully expressed, sexually liberated, and completely done living up to anyone else's expectations.
I do what I want, prioritise myself (without the guilt) and speak my truth. And nothing — nothing — lights me up more than watching a woman make that same journey.

I froth on intuitive dancing, boxing (won my first professional boxing fight in 2023 where I believe manifesting was a key attribute to my success) and ANYTHING in the outdoors.
I am a go-getter, naturally driven to create the best life for myself and to empower others to do the same. I've walked the path of burnout and self-neglect, but I found my way back to vitality and purpose and now I live my most LIT up life - it’s the best!!
This journey ignited my passion for helping ambitious women like you reclaim their lives and not settle for second best. After studying a Bachelor of Commerce double major in Finance & Marketing and making my way up the corporate ladder for 7 years, I knew there was something more for me and so I went out and found it!
I believe that we truly are in control of our lives and at any stage, we can CHOOSE where we go, what we do, what we eat, who we spend our time with, what we do for work, what we do for fun - we CHOOSE. So what life are you choosing for yourself?
