Hey there, I'm Krystle O’Neil and my mission is clear! 

I'm here to help you embrace your greatness and unapologetically step into a life that's illuminated by your passions and purpose. I will be your personal guide through the transformative journey of healing, empowerment, and self-discovery. 

I am a Cancerian Sun and Capricorn Rising and Projector, 1/3 which gives me the perfect mix of Modern Day Medicine Woman x Badass Biz Babe.

I froff on intuitive dancing, boxing (won my first professional boxing fight in 2023 where I believe manifesting was a key attribute to my success) and ANYTHING in the outdoors. 

I am a go-getter, naturally driven to create the best life for myself and to empower others to do the same. I've walked the path of burnout and self-neglect, but I found my way back to vitality and purpose and now I live my most LIT up life - it’s the best!! 

I understand the struggle of trying to please everyone while neglecting yourself. In 2016, I hit rock bottom with a head to toe psoriasis breakout and it was then, I decided enough was enough. It was the catalyst that led me to stop people pleasing, live life with more ease and flow. 

This journey ignited my passion for helping ambitious women like you reclaim their lives and not settle for second best. I believe that we truly are in control of our lives and at any stage, we can CHOOSE where we go, what we do, what we eat, who we spend our time with, what we do for work, what we do for fun - we CHOOSE!
